I have been living in america for the last year and a half and will be flying home in 2-3 months. I have 5 chainsaw that I want to bring home with me new and in the box with no oil as if there was oil I would have to declare it as a hazardous material. My question is will I have to pay any duties? I have owned the saws for 7 months and by the time we leave we will have had been here for 20-21 months. Any advice would be appreciated.
