No sure if you got a painter yet but I have just have my place finished, Bath Ave in Sandymount, the Painter was recommended by a friend.
I met with 5 different painters before i got the recommendation, only actually received a price from one them, the rest didn't have the decency to get back to me or did and gave me a quote by text and didn't explain what it was included.
