I just tried and she said:
"I'm really sorry about this, but I can't take any requests right now. Please try again in a little while."
    Tried again and got:
"There's something wrong, and I can't answer your questions right now. Please try again in a little while."
I'm with Vodafone and currently on wifi.

It's very intermittent at times, but usually works on the 2nd or 3rd go. Mines fine, on Meteor. Use the American Siri, it understands the Irish accent a lot better then the British or Aussie one.

I'm on. Vodafone, using both wifi or 3G, it just stopped working. Work fine for 3 days and this morning but now it doesn't work.
Can't believe I have to type out this >:(

Anyway, Siri is Beta, so it's only really in testing stages. There a lot happening such as your question shooting off to servers and returning a result. They shouldn't'v realised this as beta in my opinion.
I hope my Siri works tomorrow, I want to show it to a few people.
