Headlight not adjusting

Don't know proper terminology but when I adjust the knob on the dash to raise and lower the headlights, the left one moves up and down but not the right.

I have a feeling it may be something to do with having changed the bulb recently. As far as I was aware it was all sitting in correctly. The bulb was in place (it was sitting in the light without holding it....) and then i clicked in the metal catches.... Anything else i should have done? I installed as per haynes manual.. or at least I thought I did!

    It's a ford mondeo m2 2 1.8TD....

    Can't even change a bulb!

Sounds like the bulb was in ok or the metal catches might have been hard to close. Might be a failed motor in the light or a wiring / connector failure.

Yeah i took out bulb and put it in again, maybe I just didn't notice that the motor was gone before! Might price a motor in the scrap yard, or I could be as well just get the whole light I'll see how much they cost!
