Hi all, I have to buy a new switch for our datacenter. It will have a few bits hanging off it, including router and wan optimizer, servers etc.
We are a Cisco house but I haven't kept up to date so any advice is welcome.
The 2 models I am looking at are WS-C2960S-48-TSL and the WS-C2960G-48-TCL. Just wondering which ye guys would go for

Do you have any prices !?
Ask your Sales Manager / Channel Manager on your account for prices, sales ratio ,warranty and so on...
'Normally',the Cisco guys advise you to go for the most expensive one !

What do you want to do with the switch?
Do you require any additional features other than moving frames?

    What throughput do you need.
