    Foxsat signal at 95S/100Q on nearly all stations on 28E.
    Signal on 2 TM's same on main channels but not receiving the likes of Gems, Argos etc. on the Technomates but am on Foxsat, which I know has a good receiver.

    On all boxes during wind tonight the signal breaks up and in some cases, I get a "no signal" message even on the lokes of BBC, ITV etc.

    As the 28 LNB is not the prime one, is it possible that I am getting all the Freesat stations from some other satellite with a weaker signal?

    Cheers.

    TC.

    I'd say so. Yes.

    What do you mean it's not the prime one? Do you have multi-LNB setup?

    @The Cush. Yeah it's multi.

    28, nothing (reserved for 26), 19 and 11.

    @Peter. That's not much help. I always thought that the idea of forums was to be helpful and give advice, I don't see much of that.

    If the 28 LNB is on an extension arm off the main arm it will "bounce" more than normal. IIRC you rushed the last setup because of rain. Chances are the 28 is slightly off beam and therefore much more vulnerable to wind.

    The lnb for 28E is only a short distance from the feedarm, the problem is probably being caused by the uneven weight distribution with the 2 lnbs on the other side being considerably more offset.

    tc, with the quad lnb's and cables it will make everything heavier and more likely to wobble and your dish is above roofline as well, ie not sheltered. So you have to tether it as strong as possible, ie 2 bolts on lnb arm, tape or plastic ties to keep multi secure. There is a gadget you can get, look here and scroll down, it makes lnb more secure.

    and for the technomates give lnb a tweak.
