moneybookers- will they refund

    Hi (sorry if this is wrong forum)

    I ordered and paid for a laptop and after 2 weeks it wasnt here so I emailed the website.

    I got back an email to say that they will check with there courier company. that was a week ago. and I have sent 5 emails and rang the contact number several times but its going into voice mail.

    Im worried now that I have been scammed

    I paid with Moneybookers my question is do they work like paypal will they refund me if I still get no joy from the seller.

    Contact them immediately and find out. If this is a scam then you haven't got time to wait.

    thanks i called moneybookers they dont refund but they do try to contact the seller.

    If you funded with a credit card you can always try there for a refund too.
