    Justl left my apt in Ongar and there is a big White staffy running around aimlessly .. Don't see a collar and he looks pretty lost.. He's around the hayworth area if anyone is looking for a dog

    I saw a dog like that about a month ago in the same area.

    Considering they are a controlled breed, it sounds like pretty careless owners.
