    Hi,
I had a somewhat similar experience with ibood.ie. I bought a drawing tablet off them a couple of months ago and like you there were problems with the supplier. I wrote a couple of times to their customer service which in short was pathetic and seemed to consist of a copy and paste job from some templates. I eventually got what I ordered after a long delay but I wouldn't buy anything off them again. I also checked out the product I ordered from them on amazon.co.uk and there was very little difference in pricing, so much for them trumpeting about the savings to be made.

    hi patrix,

yes seems if you do a little research on what they're selling they could be older models, refurbished models, not as advertised etc. Plus you can often get better prices elsewhere. standard delivery of 12.95 no matter how small/what weight the product is.

I'll certainly be warning anyone i know to stay away after the experience i had:)

actually feel lucky that i got my money back at all

    Hi,

new user, hopefully posting in the right board.
Has anybody had any experience with iBood and if so has anyone had a good experience;)

Recently tried to buy an item from them, screwed around, didn't answer any emails, they cancelled order eventually saying their supplier had none????, couldn't get a refund, had to go to paypal to get money back.

It seems that they advertise without having the stock and often the stock is not as described.

    few eg's below

Their customer service is appalling. Got a divers watch which got waterlogged after i went for a swim in the local pool.started returns process with them.sent iot back. got an acknowledgment and then never heard from them again.repeatedly mailed and tried to call them.lets just say they dont make it easy. seems to be the way with most items purchased online though.I stick to buying in physical shops now for that very reason.if you have an issue after getting satisfaction is usually a much more straightforward task.
