Myself, Tadhg, Peter and new man William join Dave to look at the Heineken Cup. We also look at other issues in world rugby. Remember you can find us on the iTunes Store by typing "Talking Rugby" into the iTunes Store search bar, then you can subscribe to the show and it will download automatically.

Thanks also to phatpiggins who listened in on the skype call and contributed to ideas for discussion points and some interesting 'texts'! :P

    Coming up on the show:

0:00 Tadhg tells us about the “Munster fan” who loves Brian O’Driscoll’s performance for them in the Heineken cup (that’s not a typo).
    3:00 Munster’s win over Northampton

    20:00 Leinster’s Heineken Cup without Brian O’Driscoll

    26:00 Ulster’s hard fought win

33:00 Connacht’s performance and looking ahead to their game with Toulouse.
37:00 Connacht, a Leinster subs academy?

44:50 Irish provinces youngsters (unfortunately technical issues meant this was cut down post edit, hopefully we'll talk about this more in depth soon.)

    46:30 Zac Guildford situation
    49:50 Martin Johnson resigns
    54:30 Bet of the week
    55:19 Goodbye to Tadhg?

You can find old episodes here: http://talkingrugby.podomatic.com/ and you can also suscribe via our RSS feed http://talkingrugby.podomatic.com/rss2.xml

William is a class act alright, he knows so much about the youngsters in particular. It's a shame that the section on the youngsters got cut because William had a big contribution to make there, hopefully we might use one of the next 2 shows to have a long discussion about up and coming players.

    That smiley was unintentional.

Was just happy to hear from jacothelad!

(Truthfully I haven't heard it yet, saving it for the gym ;) )
