Iphone 3GS Ios 5.0.1 SIM card problem

    Hi Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with activating their Iphone 3GS after updating to IOS 5.0.1 since mine has decided not to detect any SIM card put into it after update.

    Was the phone bought new on contract, unlocked or jailbroken/Software unlocked?
