Winter Trip for Two?

    Hey I'm just scouting for ideas of where to go for a 3/4 day trip next month. We're students so nothing too expensive. Also we like outdoors and aren't too afraid of a bit of cold (within reason!).

    Any suggestions much appreciated!

    What kinda budget do you have?

    Ya can pick up some flights to Rome from 75ish but I don't know if that's too expensive? or maybe Stockholm for 50ish? I think it's quite expensive there though, and i've never been so have no idea how far out the airport is. (Ryanair and their crappy airports :mad: )

    If you stay in a hostel though it could make it much cheaper, which might mean you're willing to pay a bit extra for flights to somewhere more decent. Or sign up to Booking.com and they offer half price accom (flash deals) in loadsa places, good if you wanna pick up a bargain!!

    Check out www.skyscanner.com and just put 'everywhere' into the destination box. If you're willing to not stick to particular days of the week,because of college etc, you could get cheaper flights. Like you can get flights to Barcelona midweek for €48 and they're €100 Friday-Sunday.
