Changing from underfloor to rads

    Hi all,
Complaining about my heating again, really not happy with my underfloor heating. Its not that the underfloor isn't working, it is, the house is never cold, its well insulated etc. the problem its that both myself and my wife dont like the type of heat it gives out. We like the blast of heat that rads give out. Should have put in rads initally. We have them upstairs and after 20 minutes the place is roasting.

My query is could I put in rads downstairs now. I dont have my footpaths down and was thinking of bringing insulated pipes from my hot press around under the footpaths and putting rads in the rooms along the external walls. I know its alot of messing but just want to c what people think.

Could I use the stats that control the underfloor to control the rads?
They are all going back to the hot press at the moment. They read air temp and then go back to the underfloor control system which turns on and off the boiler. Its a heatmider system, the control box is a uh1 box.

    Thanks

heat loss on external pipe runs would be awesome/

While not ideal could you hook up from upstairs circuits

Circulation pipes could be run behind the skirting boards as well. There are hollow ones available for this purpose.
