So every year 2 or 3 of us go play somewhere nice over christmas. Thinking this year K club Palmerstown house as has one of the best front 9's i have played. Also Killeen castle on the list. Any opinions and what are the courses like for drainage and condition at the moment

Palmerstown is great but can be a bit boggy in the winter. Would till closer to the date to see how weather goes

A long way from Palmerstown but Nenagh in Tipp is great in the winter. Takes the rain very well

Anyone played Palmerstown in the last week so and what's the condition and upkeep like? Thinking of playing it next week if I can get a good deal, also looking at Lutrellstown which had times on tee times for €28 so has anyone played there either in the last week and how would they rate it's condition? Thanks.
