Open Invitation for final registrations to:

"Our Environmental Economy: Challenges and Opportunities, Global and Local perspectives” hosted by the Marine and Environmental Sensing Technology Hub (MESTECH), in Dublin City University between 21st- 23rd of November.

This exciting and fascinating three-day event will focus attendees’ attention on the wonder and opportunity that lies within our last great natural frontier, our oceans. Devitt, Georgia Technical Research Institute, USA; and Randy Gillespie, Memorial University St. John, Newfoundland Canada. Each of these scientist are significant international experts in the area of marine and environmental monitoring and will present on burning issues to attendees.

The schedule for the three day event will cover a scientific symposium on 21st Nov 2011 with the aforementioned guest speakers followed by a Sensor Workshop in the afternoon. Day 2 hosts a special evening public lecture by Prof. John Delaney a DCU International Visitor Awardee, in conjunction with ‘TEDx’.
