Good news indeed. Wonder how Sky Sports agreed to allow match they are showing to be simulcast on FTA?

Before the coverage on Sky Sports 2 there's a programme on about Martin Johnson at 7.

  • 17-0 to Dragons after 30 mins.

    Sad stuff for Perpignan.

Weird seeing Hook in the Perpignan jersey too. Some poor stuff from the French side though....

Perpignan situation is worrying. Since their Bouclier de Brennus back in 2009 and their inability to win it again the year after (what a disastrous finale they played), they seem to be on a neverending descending slope... Their playing is pretty poor. Their key players (Mermoz, Hook, Mas...) look lost in a team which is not going well... Maybe they just need a bit of time to set up with their internationals. Also a couple of years ago they seemed to have a couple of good and promising young players. Well none of them confirmed their potential and it's not looking like they have upcoming good young players...

Going to Perpignan was similar to going to Thomond Park in seasons past but Exeter just narrowly lost last weekend so they're obviously not as intimidating as before.
