Hi All

I got hit with a bolt from the blue yesterday. MD is putting me on a 2 or 3 day week from the start of December. Anyway he caught me on the hop and I felt the whole thing wasn't handled all that well. What questions should I be asking my employer in respect to this situation? First thing that comes to mind is clarification on number of days and which ones I'll be expected to work. It seems I'll have some flexibility there or at least that is what has been said.

Would love to hear from people who've been in this situation both from an employee or even the employer perspective.
