good idea, the politics forum gets a sub forum for elections, this is kind of the same thing, especially seeing as it's ten years since Ireland were involved in something, it's unchartered territory for Boards.ie

I set up a thread the other night, Euro 2012- Players who may come to the forefront for selection. The aim was to make a thread where we could discuss players form in the run up to the finals.

And within 20 mins there were about 4 other threads with the same roundabout idea.

Be a great idea to merge them all for sure

yep was just saying that to yourself in the other thread prob would have just pmd a mod about it (was thinking about it) but def think its needed. I think a Euro forum could work but tbh doubt they would do it as the height of the traffic on this issue would be happening during the forums slow time anyway when the EPL and most other (not all) leagues are off.
