New employer paying tax back ?

    Hi all. Just wondering if you finish up work and get a new job in a couple of weeks, does your new employer pay your tax back from previous job? Thanks

    No, you request a P21 in the new year.

    No they cant do that. Wait till new year and as advised get your P21 and you can request tax back then if you have over paid for the year.
