    Can someone please advise me?

I have a one week old HTC Wildfire S with a 8GB memory card installed.

I moved all my downloaded apps onto the memory card to save memory on the phone yet every day on numerous occasions i keep getting messages saying the phone is running low on memory and yet any app i purchased is all on the memory card?

Is there some other thing i need to do to counteract as its a bit annoying?

All you can do besides partitioning your SD card is just to delete the data under Applications to free up more space. Or clear the cache on Market and Facebook, Maps etc just to get those Mbs back up. I had the same problem on my Desire, luckily Samsung put plenty of internal storage on my Galaxy S2

Read this thread here on XDA site: http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/SD_card_partitioning

Should help you sort it out, if you can't figure it out just ask questions on the XDA forums, they're very helpful.

Thanks Dave, is partitioning a way to fool phone into using the sd as the primary storage device on phone ?
