    Hi
I have had stuart St66 pump installed for 2 years . This worked OK for the 1st 18 months then the following started to happen.

    1. The pump started to get a lot noisier and virbrate more.

    2. When switching the shower on the length of time grew longer until full flow of water would commence.

    3. Water/Pump would then start to pulse between full flow and half flow, no flow

    4. Over the last few days the Pump will power on, Try to work then cut out.

    I have done the following.

    1. Removed the Pump and checked to see if there were are blockages in the impellers.

    2. Straighten out the flexiable pipe.

The shower works when the pump is off, but the flow is
    abysmal.

I would be grateful for any ideas

check for blockages in the shower head first.

what kind of shower is in use?
is it a dual head pump?
is there a flow switch or what?

Had the same problem after about 2 years of a stuart pump also, no blockages, drove me so mad I removed it.

That said I definitely remember finding loose bolts on the top of the unit (its about 8 years ago so I cant say which ones) after I had removed it, and still to this day wonder if simply tightening these would have cured the prob. But I didnt, I dumped it out of airlocked frustration.
