    Have you tried the Lidl? I usually drink their one in the black tin.

    I bought it but not yet tried.
    Can't be worst than the standard 1kg pack they have (the one with golden wrapping)

    I've tried the Lidl Premium Ground Coffee - normally I use the black tin espresso in my machine (gaggia cubika) and it's on par with the Lavazza or Illy offerings.

    The Lidl Premium Ground Coffee, in my opinion is nice, but not a fine enough grind for the espresso machine.


    The Lavazza rossa 3x250gm for €6.49 IS a bagrain.

    I got the Lavazza today thank o.p. Will be a nice change from my stash of Percol!
    Also picked up a bag of Union roasted beans for half price @2.69
