There's an Autofast in Ballincollig in Cork. They're constantly busy which is a great sign, but they seem to use GEM oil (At least from what I can see driving past and not going in).

    See http://www.autofast.ie/node/1 for details
Its a basic service (read traditional Irish service). No details on the parts used

However, their website mentions that it won't be open until Oct 2012.

    I figured as much.
It appears to be one of many typos on their site (which, to me, doesn't inspire a huge amount of confidence in their attention to detail).

Have to laugh at their FAQs page:
    Q. Can I book a service?
    A. No.

I'd say the chances are slim that they are draining the oil properly from the sump either.

Manufacturer spec services, i'e schedualed items?

    Resetting service lights/stamping service books?

Proper service inspection, brakes, suspension etc etc?

Correct oil grades on site for all engine types?

All doubtfull, but as kbannon said, Its an 'irish' spec service. Most Irish people are happy that once anyone charging the cheapest price has opened their bonnet then their car is 'serviced' and will never give them bother.
