You may say its not Trap's style to disown those who have been loyal, but look at Kevin Kilbane, once he fell out of favour at his club and proceeded to drop down a division he was ruthlessly replaced.

Come June 2012, a good few of our squad may or may be outcasts at their club thereby forcing Traps hand.

On the flipside, there may be players who stand out, make it impossible for Trap to ignore. Players who fit his system and philosophy to a tee, and improve us significantly. Players who declare for us, players who already qualify but have yet to be picked, or else outcast players who have returned to form.

I guess this thread is to debate who people think will push hard for a squad place should some of our existing squad fall out of favour.

Personally, I think David Meyler will be hard to leave out should be stay injury free and get a good run of games. He could become a key player in an area we are extremely week. He is that good.

Robbie Brady may also be another one who, come June 2012, will have kicked on even more than he has this season on loan at Hull.
