Window seal replacement?

The rubber seal around the bottom of my windows doesn't sit flush with the windows and I'm wondering where I might get the rubber seal to replace it and how difficult it might be to replace? It'd pretty annoying as clearing condensation off my windows so I can see my wing mirrors isn't possible unless I get out of the car to do it! All help much appreciated.

Ok thanks so much for the help, I didn't park it there. It's my first car and was parked there by my friend for a second while I moved the the other car out of the driveway.
