    Friend of mine just sent this link to me,

    Perfect for the iPad. Hope RTE roll this out of a permenant basis.

    Nice. Aertv.ie also offers irish tv for ios devices in very good quality.

    A few of the RTE twitter accounts announced that last night (in this case for the football)

    Watched a bit on wifi, and the quality was exceptional

    Agreed. Watched a bit on an iPad2 and it was excellent. Even when playing in fullscreen, there was no lag and the picture quality was amazing.

    I watched it on an Ipad2 also and agree it was excellent. It was also exceptionally good when airplayed to the apple TV .
