Hi all
Last christmas i purchased an aerlingus voucher as a present with good intentions and all that but unfortunately it was forgotten about until recently and the person i bought it for is not intending to make a booking before the expiration date. I understand that the person named in the voucher must be travelling but would i be able to book in the persons name then change it to my own name?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd imagine once you've booked the flight you can change the name just as you would with any other booking, but there's a €100 fee for doing so.

Long shot: I presume their conditions don't allow you to use the vouchers to buy vouchers?
