Hi guys, lurk here alot first time posting, I have managed to come across a brand new 2011 rolex submariner with ceramic bezel and stainless steel strap, but the watch just isnt for me, was a spur of the moment thing, anyway just wondering what could I realistically be hoping to get back for this, never worn etc. technically second hand but realistically its brand new in box never been worn

if you search the history of Rolex forums like TURFERS or us sites it will give you an indication.
best bet is to ask the seller to take it backa s a trade in against another watch.
selling a second hand rolex can be tricky.

Did you buy it in Ireland or abroad? Alot of buyers will want pictures of boxes, papers, warranties etc. Both WUS and TZ-UK have a good B&S section although the latter now requires at least 250 posts before allowing you to post there. You should be able get most of what you paid which I am assuming is just over €6,000.

Was around the €6,500 mark, am I right in thinking the shop price will be going up by around €500 in december? will this make a differnce to the price I would get? I have all boxes papers etc i never even wore the bloody thing, its either the watch or my marriage haha, Was thinking €5,500 would I get that? anywhere in dublin I could sell it? Thanks for all your help

Seems like a good price. You shouldn't have a problem shifting at that price but limiting yourself to Ireland might take time.

Will cost you nothing to stick it up on adverts.ie but there is already 2 Rolex for sale and neither selling currently so it's gonna take some time if it does sell. There's always fleabay, but with charges and comission you'll take a hit there too!

Best take it to adverts.ie first, then see 'For Sale' sticky at the top of the W&T forum.
