Looking for the very best periodontist-orthodontist in the UK, US or elsewhere

    Hi folks,

    I have periodontitis and a maloclussion. Being treated locally here in my country by two doctors: a periodontist and an orthodontist. I figure it would be best to have one doctor do both treatments. Money is not an issue, I am willing to invest how much is needed to get absolutely the best treatment possible for my situation. I would appreciate any recommendations for a top notch, even world-famous, periodontist-orthodontist in the UK, US or elsewhere; I'm mobile and don't have a problem going anywhere in the world to get treated by the best.

    A bit "down" today as my orthodontic microimplant (my very first one) from last week got weak and had to be removed. I think I'll write about it on another thread.

    The world famous guys tend to teach and talk but not do!!! Not too many people have specialised in both ortho and perio so probably best to see the individual guys...

    Is there anything unusual about your particular oral condition that requires international care? Most patients would be happy with the guy who has done approx 10 years training!!!
