UPC Charges

    Just noticed on my UPC bill I am charged for the following:
    €35 BB
    6 Phone
    €12 Anytime world
    €7.74 Standalone!!!

    Rang UPC as their site does not charge standalone for these two services but was told "tough luck that was when you set up contract" seems they say, they changed this in May this year. However I argued a bit and customer loyalty person came on and agreed to drop it from my next bill, anyone else have this problem.

    I'm with UPC over 12 months and am paying the 7.75 standalone charge. I thought dropping the charge was for new customers only. Must ring them and see if the'll drop it.

    Will let you know what happens

    I've just noticed that UPC are charging me for the Standalone charge also when I have 50mb BB & Frretime World Pack.

    Edit:- Customer Care sorted it, €30.96 (4 months) credit coming my way.
