I seen this job and have a question about it

Sales Executive required for Online food ordering company.

Motivated Self disiplined individual required to register potential companies on our clients website. Registration is Free. Opportunity to upsell and crosssell other products if applicable.

Day to day duties will be setting appointments with decision makers in the target market, cold calling and face to face meetings to obtain signed registration forms.

This is a full time position on a commission basis. €40 euro per sale with a minimum target of 3 sales to be achieved daily. Highest sales achieved in one day is 10.Commissions/bonuses paid weekly. Uncapped commission. Cross-sell products will have additional renumeration attached.

Immediate interview and start available for the right candidate. Sales experience desirable. Own transport required.

If you feel you are right for this role please send your CV in confidence.

The highlighted parts. If your only being paid commission for a job that would make you selfemployed right? So then how can they set a sales target? If there was a wage aswell that would be fair enough but i would have taught with it being commission only you could work as much or little as you wanted?
