New build. What would you do?

    So hopefully I will be building a new house in the new year and would like to know what others would do if in the same situation?
    I currently have standard UPC TV/internet in one room only. We watch TV, surf the net and play bluray and games via PS3. Ideally I would like to be able to to download/stream/store films and TV shows. Watch/Record live HD TV in multiple rooms and play radio in different rooms/zones.
    Then there is the possibility to control lights heating ect...
    What would you do?
