    The Vodafone.ie website is woeful, and has been for as long as I have been unfortunate enough to have had the need to use it - sorry, 'attempt to use it.'

    Funnily enough, the Vodafone website in Australia is fine, so obviously it is not systemic corporate incompetence, just incompetence in the management of Vodafone in Ireland.

    Agree.
    It can be very slow and sometimes,like this morning, you can't even log on to it!
    As it throws up weird exceptions messages.

    Completely agree.
    Trying to log into my @home account is a nightmare, the dropdown menu crosses over another link and it takes about 10 minutes to actually click on the right icon.

    frustrating.
