2 Weeks Holiday in 2011 and 2012

I'm planning on seeing my girlfriend in America over Christmas and January. I've been saving all year for this.

My sign-on day is a Monday so I was planning on collecting my payment, going on holiday that day, but officially claiming my 2 weeks on the 19th (a monday). This would bring me up to the 2nd of January.

I was then planning on taking my 2 weeks of 2012 from the 9th (Monday) til the 23rd (Monday)

    A few questions:

    1. The inclusive days, aka the Monday - would I safely skip having to collect?

    2. Will the 2 days in January count as my 2011 holidays, or my 2012 holidays?

    3. Will they be sly and make me pickup inbetween the 2nd of January (the end of the 1st 2 weeks) and the 9th (the start of the 2nd 2 weeks)?

    4. Do I have to be "looking for work", or can I just be honest and saying Im going to see my girlfriend

edit: and should this on two separate forms, or the one?

It would be really nice if Felt alright to ask the social workers these questions without fear they'd **** me over for the next year, so any input is greatly appreciated.

This is not the forum to look for advice on how to commit SW fraud.
If you aren't being truthful with SW with your holidays, that is fraud.
