Servicing Bikes

How often do people get there bikes serviced?

The last time I got my bike service was last September - since then I probably have done close to 10,000km on it at a rough guess!

I took it into a shop today to see what they thought and they think that I need a:
    1. New Chainset
    2. New Bottom Bracket
    3. New Chain
    4. New Cassette
    5. Cables
    6. Breakpads
    7. New jockey wheels for rear deraileur.

I have had my bike for 3 years on the button now and have replaced my chain, casette and bottom bracket twice now.
I have probably done somewhere between 25-30,000km on bike.

How long does a chainset usually last? My groupset is full SRAM rival by the way.

Any thoughts? Just got me thinking... They quoted me 320 quid for a mix of ultegra/105 parts for above.
