Driving home tonight from Blanchardstown I noticed a few guys in hi-viz jackets doing traffic management at some of the roundabouts near the shopping center. I assume they are employed by the center management to help over Xmas with the additional traffic volumes right? But what would the legal status of these guys be I wonder?

i live not far away from shopping center and i've seen them before, they are there usually on weekends and most days that are v busy when roundabouts cant cope with the traffic on their own

traffic problem in shopping center has to be tackled asap imo
