does the ferguson arriva tell you the correct frequency of sat channel?

this has me mystified, see image? as you can see it shows c4hd logo but the frequency is wrong!! Is there any buttons you can press on the ferguson that will give you the correct frequency? gbc

Are your LNB's local oscillator frequencies correct? These are defined in the receiver setup and should be 9.75 GHz for low band and 10.6 GHz for high band.
