    WAKO World Championships in Semi Contact, Full Contact Kickboxing and Musical Forms are being held in Dublin Ireland from 19th November through to the 27th November.

    class week of kickboxing in Citywest last week and very good win on Saturday night by Brian Brosnan to claim the WAKO -71kg world title

    Very good, I mean't to get over to view some of the action.

    We need more participation in this forum from kickboxer's, Karate-ka etc etc.

    Was there on the night there was a unreal atmosphere I dont think there was any doubt from the start of that comp on who would win -71kg.

    I train in Galway with the boys and have learnt alot from Brian and especially his Dad Denis. Really proud to be part of that GYM could'nt meet better honest people.
