F3 grant

Hi, I was awarded a grant, received my letter today! :) It says that the category of grant awarded is F3, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what that means? I tried googling it but haven't had any luck.

Nope no answer. Think it might be half student contribution paid? But I can't say for sure.

F1 seems to mean fees only so maybe F3 mans half fees - ring the county council and ask

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?
