Snake Fianna Failer Dara Calleary

All the ex FF ministers are devoid of any morals, but particularly in relation to former junior minister Dara Calleary. Less than 9 months ago, he came out in support of Biffo and happily accepted a post as Junior Minister for Labour (Cowen's reward to him for his "loyalty")

Last week, on RTE, he constantly criticised Cowen and his management. It's nauseating he accepted a minister's position, car with garda drivers, various perks from Biffo, but yet turns around a few months later and stabs him in the back.

Nah, I detest useless Biffo as much as the next person, but have to call it when someone is a complete snake.

He is not the only one guilty of stabbing Cowen in the back. Dara Calleary thinks he is the best thing to come from Mayo after Enda of course.

I actually feel bad for Cowen now. They're trying to shift all the blame onto him. Bunch of no good snake bastards.

Absolutely right JOS1. In the Cowen programme you could just see how they would do anything to distance themselves from the shambles of the last government. In fact they see the ability to shaft a colleague and distance themselves from the slurry pit that they are all part of as some kind of badge of honour..."You are a real politician". They would F@&K their own granny to get ahead and into power.

I don't, he drank his way through the crucial start of the crisis, acted as finance minister to build up the crisis, shamed the country by getting locked daily, and presided over the signing of the bank guarantee. Heres hoping his habits catch up to him.

Dara Calleary was only a Junior Minister, he never had Garda driver.

He was, however, one of the three up all night drinking with Cowen the night before Cowen't drunken interview on RTE radio.

That drinking session was attended by every one of the political correspondents in Ireland yet not one of them has printed a word about what happened. A bunch of spineless, gutless so-called journalists.

Fair play to the programmes editors and RTE they have managed to ignore the virtual collaspe of the European economy and banking system and blame Cowen for everything, what a waste of a tv licence fee, gutter tv

Oh I place him fairly high up the list of people responsible for destroying the country. However, he wasnt the only one and its a bit rich of his former FF cronies to stick the knife in him now.

The problems with Irelands finances are almost exclusively the fault of the last government. Had the previous government been on the ball, we wouldnt be in this mess. Most European countries are doing just fine.

Nobody should be in the slightest bit surprised at this, have you not learned by now? He is Fianna Fail, when it comes to that crowd it is party first, country second (although occasionally Europe does takes second spot).
