Yes I had accupuncture before & during my last Frozen Transfer & it was successful, previous cycles were unsuccessful without accupuncture. I used a fertility specialist in Dublin, I can give you details if you like

    Thankx Mkoiu

That's great news.I'm in the UK Essex,so can't do Dublin.
Did you drink herbal tea as well? and how many sessions did you have/where were needles placed and how many? I have found a Chinese practice but just want to know more...oh and what was the cost.
Thanks a lot x How old are your children? x

Not sure what I think about the accupuncture-not into alternative lifestyles/medicines etc but did give it a go on our 3rd and last attempt and low and behold-my daughter will be 2 next month.
So it could be the different drugs/protocol, or that we got lucky or that the accupuncture did make a difference! I have referred a friend to her since and she was sucessful on her 1st IVF attempt after using her-so perhaps there is more too it than I think!
She didn't suggest any herbal remedies/teas-said that it could interfere with the drugs the clinic will be giving you-so I'd think about that if I were you. Perhaps ask the clinics opinion. You are paying a huge amount of money for treatment and I wouldnt want to mess it up by mixing up things.
With regards the accupuncturist-do you very best to get a referral from people who have undergone IVF. I went to someone else since who knew very little about fertility treatment even though she says in her advertising she deals with it-I really believe in referrals-the clinic themselves may well be able to refer you to someone. Very best of luck anyways!
