    na lad no problem, it informs others to have their guard up. Alot of dog thefts around:mad: someone is really going to get hurt over it.

    thanks and you are right I know what would happen if someone was around my dogs and up to no good. But if I wasn't around there isn't much I could do. I think of my hunting dogs as pets but others would see euro signs. I would hope from your post I closed the door before the horse bolted as they say. :-) how easy it could happen.

    what do people make of the article on page 62 i think it was about the covring the gun with netting and getting better results?:confused:
    pretty sure i'd be screwed with the shiny hmr and greyish stock.

    Shape not colours are what make us seen, netting breaks up our outline with a disruptive pattern.

    Having said that a shine of the sun on SS can cause an animal or bird to veer away from it.

    You wouldn't. I have used scrim netting over my rifles for years luring greycrows and magpies into ambushes. Still I will only do it in places I feel I have very good top cover and the trick is.... Don't move!
