New Japanese Restaurant

Anyone tried the new Japanese restaurant in town? Is it good and what's its lunch buffet like? Only ever tried Japanese food once and didn't really like it, but I believe trying food once isn't really a fair judge and a buffet seems like an ideal way to find out.
