P21/Total Gross Income

I am applying for a student grant and need to know my total gross income from 2010. I rang up the tax office and they said they are sending me out a p21 form which will take 5-10 working days. I want to get my grant application form in as soon as possible and I'm afraid that waiting for this P21 form could take too long and ruin my chances of getting the grant.
Is there any other way of getting my total gross income from 2010 over the phone or quicker than waiting for the P21 form to be delivered to me?

    Thank you.

Nevermind, I rang up and told them about the application form deadline and I got my total gross income over the phone no problem.
