Meteor won't but some of the places that unlock the phones would probably flash it for you.

To be honest XDA forums have great tutorials on how to flash the firmware yourself. A custom gingerbread rom is a better option than stock IMHO.

All is good, managed to update to a custom rom after a lot of reading :rolleyes:
