USPS Priority Mail International
USPS Express Mail International

Express would be fastest (3-5 days)
Priority would be second fastest (7-10 days)
First Class is slowest (up to 21 days)

Bear in mind if you are over the limits VAT will be on the shipping cost too. And high shipping costs could bring you over the limit in the first place.
