I have an old Mio 269 Digi Walker

What i want to know is that the last few days it has been playing up

    it started Beeping battery low,

i have also noticed when i have it plugged in there is an orange light coming on which i think used to be green

But today that light was flickering then would go off, i tried turning the charger in the cigarette holder it came on for a bit then went off

would i have a problem with my lead to charger or is it the battery in it on the way out
