    Howayis,

I'm a Dubliner living and playing rugby in Franconville near Paris. The guys on the veterans (over 35s) team have asked me to make enquiries into a team in Ireland that might be interested in an exchange.

We already have a partnership with Frampton near Bristol (I think), basically every year we'd make a trip to you, and you'd make a trip to us to play each other and have a bit of craic (by all accounts the weekends are wild).

If anyone is interested, please email me at darragh.creamer@gmail.com and I'll get the ball rolling.

    Thanks

    Darragh

Mary's in Tempelogue have a vets team. Drop a PM to Luckycharm, he plays for them.

There is a bit of a World Cup for vintage/veteran rugby teams. The first was held in UL in Limerick and was meant to be very good.

Next year's tournament is in Hawaii.

I'll take a look, but we're really a leisure team, we play a few matches through the year but a lot of the players are 50 + with a couple of them over 60. So we're not looking to jump into any major tournaments.

    Thanks

Bective Rangers have a pretty handy vets team. Won the fox cup a couple of years ago and they'd all be up for a tour.

check out the website www.bectiverangers.com not sure who the best contact is

Thanks for all of the suggestions guys. I'll get in touch with the teams suggested and talk to my coach when I see him on Friday.

Hopefully we'll be able to get the ball rolling by early next week.

    Thanks again
