Hey need advice in Galway area for tattoos

Hey I am getting a tattoo done and was wondering if anyone can help me decide where to get it done. It has a lot of meaning to me so what it done perfect there is a lot of detail in the it and I want to change a few things for example change the colour yelled to a rich Celtic green colour, rkh to my brothers name and " the good die young " translated into Irish and all the writing calligraphy style writing. This is a pic I have found of the tattoo before changes. It is for my brother who on one of his last days brought me into a tattoo studio he was going to get a Celtic cross because he never got the chance I have always wanted to get the tattoo for him.
