    Chuck-vs.-the-Frosted-Tips-2-550x366.jpg

Chuck has some fears about Morgan having the intersect and it going to his head. Elsewhere Sarah helps Casey navigate his relationship with Gertrude Verbanski (Carrie-Anne Moss). In the meantime, Captain Awesome begins his paternity leave with baby Clara at home but quickly finds it unexciting and that leads him to the Buy More where he makes a startling revelation about Jeff and Lester.

I loved it, thought it had all the elements of a good Chuck episode. Morgan was really funny with the frosted tips, Sarah looking smoking as usual and Casey/Chuck on top form.

    Loved the Matrix nod!

Better than last week, but still nowhere near its former glory.

4/5 - Was pretty good; YO, BECKY! Good to see them re-introducing more recurring characters

Revelation about the glasses was good, sorta explains some stuff - It was probably the NSA one (which altered personality), the Trojan making Morgan tell everyone about it, giving grounds for killing him (originally planned for Chuck) - seems to have an updated skill-set (able to actively dodge bullets - chuck did it at least once, but was probably a passive thing from another flash).

Shows chuck doesn't need the intersect - he seems to be able to retain the skills from 2.0, can remember the karate moves allowing him to match Morgan. He first needed to flash to knock out someone quickly, he did it easily w/o the intersect flashing.

Odd how, when they ran through the fire, they didn't get set on fire AT ALL - even their shoes - despite running through fuel...

Good way of killing off "original Jeff", and Jeffster, hopefully they don't just have him back to normal next week...

Really good point; I noticed this and thought it was odd - but it confirms (or at least nods towards confirmation) of my original theory that Chuck still has the intersect but it's somehow suppressed.

I didn't realise Chuck got any input before fighting Morgan. I presumed the Intersect acted like the thing in the Matrix where you sat into a chair and anything you needed to know, like flying a helicopter, was uploaded to your brain. I assumed once it was there, it was there and that's why Chuck knew how to fight.

I hope Jeff is back to normal next week. I liked Jefster!
